Apple has put almost the same screen in the iPhone 13 as in the iPhone 12. That means a 6.1-inch OLED display. The screen is brighter though, up to a maximum of 1,200 nits. The screen is also more energy efficient than before. There is no 120Hz image refresh with ProMotion in it.

Apple did make one visible change, though. The notch at the top of the screen (the notch that houses the sensors for Face ID) has become a bit narrower. Apple has modified the ear speaker and placed it against the casing, allowing the other sensors to sit closer together. So this makes the notch narrower, with more room for the screen next to it.
